We upload the fifth essay in the series of “Invitation to the Japanese maritime law from key concepts” to examine the meanings of “management” and “operation” of a ship prepared by Mr. Akiyoshi Ikeyama, attorney-at-law of our corporation.
As is the case of his preceding essays, Japanese and English versions are available. Both are intended to discuss Japanese law, including international conventions to which Japan is or may be a contracting state.
