We upload a second paper in the series of “Understanding the Japanese maritime law from key concepts” to examine the “sea” and a “ship” prepared by Mr. Akiyoshi Ikeyama, attorney-at-law at our corporation.
As is the case of his paper No. (1), Japanese and English versions are available. Both are intended to discuss Japanese law, including international conventions to which Japan is a state party. Opinions in the paper are his personal opinions in the present and not opinions of our corporation.
